PILLAR 1: Neutralize Your Past and The Fear of Change

 

Overview:

 The first step to transformation is letting go of the stories and beliefs that no longer serve you.

Many people remain stuck in cycles of self-doubt, fear, and regret because they are still attached to their past. Whether it’s unresolved trauma, negative self-talk, or societal conditioning, these stories create a fear of change and a charge that acts with the laws of energy.

 

What You Will Learn: How to identify the limiting beliefs and past experiences that are shaping your current reality.

 

The "Neutralize It" method — a step-by-step process to release the emotional charge of your past and stop letting it control your future.

How to reframe your mental stories as an essential part of your growth and a signal that transformation is on the horizon.

 

Key Insights:


The Nature of Fear: Fear is a signal, not an obstacle. It tells you where change is needed but is often misunderstood as a barrier. When we understand fear, we can see it as an opportunity to grow, not something to avoid.


The Power of Letting Go: Holding onto past beliefs and stories blocks new possibilities. When you neutralize the emotional charge of the past, you create space for growth and new opportunities.


CHANGE IS A LAW: Realize now that everything is changing and nothing stays the same. When you see this clearly you will know that it is actually you keeping whatever it is that you want to change alive in you.

Exercise 1: Releasing Past Stories


Identify a recurring story or belief that has been limiting you. Write it down in your journal. For example, "I’m not good enough" or "Change is too hard."


Reflect on how this belief has influenced your life.

What decisions have you made because of this belief?

How has it held you back?

 

Now, use the "Neutralise It" method:

Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and imagine this belief as an object in front of you.

Observe it without judgement.

 

Visualise yourself releasing this object — let it drift away or dissolve into light. Feel the sense of freedom that comes from letting go.

Write down a new, empowering belief to replace the old one. For example, "I am worthy of change and growth."

 

 

PILLAR 2: Mastering Self-Awareness and Consciousness

Overview:
The second step in your transformation is mastering self-awareness.

Often, we go through life reacting to circumstances, unaware of the deeper layers of our consciousness. By becoming aware of your true self, you’ll be able to make clearer decisions, align with your values, and access higher states of consciousness.

How to cultivate deep self-awareness and recognize the hidden patterns that guide your decisions.

Techniques to raise your consciousness, helping you access your highest self and intuition.
The "Awareness Mastery" framework — a simple, yet powerful way to practice mindfulness, elevate your perspective, and connect with your inner wisdom.

Awareness is Power: True change starts with awareness. When you observe your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions without judgment, you gain clarity over your life and unlock the power to choose differently.

 

Consciousness and Clarity: Higher states of consciousness give you the ability to see beyond surface-level problems. In these states, solutions become clear, and decision-making feels effortless.

Exercise 2: Practicing Awareness Mastery
Set aside 10 minutes each day for mindfulness practice. Start by sitting in a quiet space, close your eyes, and take deep breaths. As you breathe, focus on the sensations of your body, the rise and fall of your chest.
When thoughts arise, observe them without attachment. Don't do anything with them and let them pass. Continue focusing on your breath.
At the end of the practice, reflect on what thoughts or emotions surfaced. Write them in your journal and consider how these patterns show up in your life.
As you practice daily, notice how your awareness deepens, and how this influences your choices and relationships.

 

 

PILLAR 3: Becoming Authentically You with "Authentiquity"

Overview:
The final step in this journey is stepping into your most authentic self — a process Michael calls "Authentiquity." Authenticity is not just about knowing who you are; it’s about confidently embodying your true self in all areas of life. Many people hesitate to stand in their power because they fear judgment, failure, or rejection.

"Authentiquity" is about removing those fears, embracing your unique gifts, and confidently becoming the author of your life.

What You Will Learn:
The process of "Authentiquity" — how to clarify your values, strengths, and purpose.
How to release external expectations and align with your inner truth.
Practical strategies to build confidence, set boundaries, and show up authentically in relationships, work, and life.

“The Rejection Correction”- a unique process to understand the function of rejection and what you're currently doing to yourself because of your programming.

Living Authentically: Living in alignment with your true self means letting go of the need to please others or conform to societal norms. It’s about making choices that resonate with your values, regardless of external expectations.

The Power of Authentic Confidence: When you embody your authentic self, confidence flows naturally. You no longer feel the need to prove yourself to others — you know your worth and trust your inner guidance.

The Rejection Correction: You currently reject yourself first to protect yourself from the amount of rejection others can inflict on you. When you reject yourself it is from your own level of rejection and therefore controlled. If you get in your own way in any way then that is the underlying truth of this pattern.

Exercise 3: Defining Your Authentic Self
Spend 10-15 minutes visualizing your most authentic self. Who are you when you are completely aligned with your truth? What do you value? How do you show up in relationships, work, and everyday life?

Write down 3 qualities that represent your authentic self. For example, "I am courageous," "I am compassionate," or "I am creative."
Now, list 3 action steps you can take to embody these qualities in the next week. For example, if one of your qualities is "courageous," one action step might be to speak up during a meeting, share your ideas with confidence, or set a boundary with someone.

Reflect on how these actions make you feel. Journal your experiences, and notice how your confidence grows as you align with your authentic self.
